Learning about your needs guides us in creating a more tailored and enjoyable experience, as each home and workspace is unique, just like you. Your furry friends will of course receive some love too. Police checks and insurance are taken care of, allowing you to eliminate another concern.

Art can be found in cleaning. Starting with an unclean surface, using multiple tools, detailing edges and bringing a renewed shine creates a stunning transition in your home. The small things are what we believe makes the biggest difference.

Typical cleaning products can linger, their harsh chemicals leaving unsettling scents and can bring toxicity, risking your health. A Bit About Us…

Taylah and Heather here, the proud co-owners of Unsmudged Cleaning Solutions. We’re over the moon with excitement to be sharing our journey with you!

We have been best friends for 9 years now, growing up in regional Victoria and moving in together, in the big smoke 4 years ago. Over the years, we have worked together, but have always had the dream of wanting to call something our own. After putting many steps into place, getting out of our comfort zone and pouring in our heart and soul, we created Unsmudged Cleaning Solutions!

We are incredibly grateful for our journey that got us here, giving us invaluable insight and the skills to offer you a high quality service that you deserve.

We’re here to provide you with a huge range of residential cleaning services, we won’t be keeping any secrets, as we would love to also give you any of our own tips and tricks along the way.

  • We love to focus on the smaller details that make the greater change to the bigger picture. We also truly care about your health and wellbeing and so we use non toxic chemicals to clean your home that are not only way safer for you AND the environment, but they also smell delicious. We do not send out a different cleaner every time. Creating a friendship is just as important to us as getting the job done.

  • For majority of our cleaning, we use 1 product called For All which is Australian owned and non-toxic, keeping you and your family, including the fur babies, safe.

  • We service the suburbs in these city councils in Naarm, Melbourne: Darebin, Brimbank, Melbourne, Newport and surrounds, Yarra City, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Merri-Bek city and Tullamarine.

    If you’re unsure if your area is serviced, contact us and we will happily advise.

  • During the booking stage, we will ask for your email address so that once the clean has been completed, we will send you an invoice to the provided email address which will have the payment information on it.

  • Each home or office is unique so there is no specific time length, however we can provide an estimate depending on further details. Generally the clean take between 1 hour to 3 hours.

  • Our prices vary pending on size, tasks, ad ons, frequency, our packages and so on. If you are interested in a quote, our contact details can be found at the bottom of the page including our facebook and instagram which you can send us a message, or you can email, call or text.

  • The only thing we ask is if you have pets or little humans, to let us know before hand so we can be extra cautious upon entering, otherwise, nothing!

  • That is completely up to you! We never want to make you to feel uncomfortable in YOUR space. If you’d like to stay we can either pre plan if you’d like to stay in a particular room and we can do that room last or if you’d rather us not disturb you, you can let us know which room you will be in and we won’t come in.
