Here at Unsmudged, we believe there is more to cleaning than just wiping down a surface.

Cleaning builds connections. By establishing a genuine relationship, we aim to be not just service providers but also friends, committed to making each cleaning experience tailored and enjoyable, as each home and workspace is unique, just like you. We are also a strong team, trusting each other’s judgement of how an exceptional clean is done, which we believe is crucial as how could you trust us if we didn’t trust each other? We are pet friendly, ensuring your furry family members feel comfortable and safe during our time in your home too. Police checks and insurance are taken care of, allowing you to eliminate another concern.

There is an art to cleaning. Seeing the transition from something dirty to brand new is one of the countless reasons why we love our job. We see all of the small things that make the difference in the bigger picture. Even the placement of your items is an art, and we love it!

Unsmudged values the safety of all involved, including you, your family or co-workers, ourselves AND the planet. For majority of our cleaning, we use For All which is an Australian owned, eco friendly detergent that not only is safer than the harsh chemicals most cleaners use, it also smells delicious.

Unsmudged is co-owned by Taylah and Heather, who both share these same values.

A Bit About Us…

Hello!

We’re Heather and Taylah, the proud co-owners of Unsmudged Cleaning Solutions. We’re over the moon with excitement to be sharing our journey with you!

A bit about us, we have been the bestest of friends for 9 years now. We both grew up in regional Victoria and moved to the big smoke 4 years ago. Over the years, we have worked together at a range of jobs including cleaning but have always had the dream of wanting to call something our own. After putting many steps into place, getting out of our comfort zone and also putting in our heart and soul, we are finally here.

We are incredibly grateful for our journey that got us here, giving us invaluable insight and the skills to offer you a high quality service that you deserve.

We believe in transparency and building genuine relationships with our customers. We’re here to provide you with a huge range of residential cleaning services, we won’t be keeping any secrets, as we would love to also give you any of our own tips and tricks along the way.

  • For majority of our cleaning, we use 1 product called For All which is Australian owned and non-toxic, keeping you and your family, including the fur babies, safe.

  • We service most inner suburbs in Naarm, Melbourne including the following councils: Banyule, Darebin, Brimbank, Lalor, Melbourne, Epping Yarra City, Maribyrnong, Hobsons Bay, Stonnington, Moonee Valley, Port Phillip, Mill Park, Merri-Bek city, Thomastown, Tullamarine and Maribyrnong.

    If you’re unsure if your area is serviced, contact us and we will happily advise.

  • During the booking stage, we will ask for your email address so that once the clean has been completed, we will send you an invoice to the provided email address which will have the payment information on it.

  • Each home or office is unique so there is no specific time length, however we can provide an estimate depending on further details. Generally the clean take between 1 hour to 3 hours.

  • Most prices can be viewable via the Book Now button which lists prices for the Classic Clean packages, pending on the size of the home as well as any add ons you would like. If there is something you would like cleaned that does not fit into the price list on the Book Now button, please contact us and we will happily advise.

  • The only thing we ask is if you have pets or little humans, to let us know before hand so we can be extra cautious upon entering, otherwise, nothing!

  • That is completely up to you! We never want to make you to feel uncomfortable in YOUR space. If you’d like to stay we can either pre plan if you’d like to stay in a particular room and we can do that room last or if you’d rather us not disturb you, you can let us know which room you will be in and we won’t come in.

  • Yes you can, however you may be charged a cancellation fee. Visit our Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • We don’t charge an hour rate, we base our pricing off the task that is being completed. Hit the Book Now button to see our pricing.

  • We love to focus on the smaller details that make the greater change to the bigger picture. We also truly care about your health and wellbeing and so we use non toxic chemicals to clean your home that are not only way safer for you AND the environment, but they also smell delicious.
